Your brief
A healthcare organisation in a shrinking region wants to attract young care professionals. Traditional job ads and fairs yield little response; the story of "working in care" does not feel authentic.
The organisation needs a medium that builds trust and shows what it is like to work there — without a large production budget.

Collaboration
AD students (Media Design & Production) developed a six-episode podcast: People in care. Each episode profiles a staff member — from nurse to facilities team — in their own workplace.
The team handled the full process:
- Editorial plan and interview guide (with HR and privacy officer)
- Recording and editing in the Creative Business studio
- Distribution via Spotify and internal channels
- Promo assets (clips, audiograms) for social media
In practice
Research, production and delivery moments — authentic material from the semester collaboration.

What it delivered
The series was presented internally to recruitment and adopted into the hiring plan. Staff recognised themselves in the stories; HR reports higher engagement at open days.
The partner does not share quantitative data publicly; the series was extended with two bonus episodes commissioned by the management team.
